2cupchicken, diced
1/2poundtasso or smoked sausage, chopped
1/4cupgreen pepper, chopped
1/4cupred onion, chopped
2eachgarlic cloves, minced
1creole seasoning
1/4eachstick butter
1provolone, grated
1gouda, grated
1poundthree-colored pasta, cooked

Directions:

Saute meats in oil. Add pepper, onion, garlic, seasoning and butter. Heat. Toss with pasta and serve with grated cheeses.
