3 1/2poundchicken breast halves, boned, skinned
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
1/2teaspoonoregano
1/4cuplemon juice
1/2cupolive oil
2eachonion, chopped
2teaspoonseasoned salt
1/4teaspoonwhipped margarine
1/2teaspoonpepper, coarsely ground
6eachtomato wedges

Directions:

Combine garlic powder, oregano, lemon juice, olive oil, chopped onion, seasoned salt and salt. Mix thoroughly and pour over chicken breasts. Marinate over night.

Melt whipped margarine in frying pan. Add chicken and saute until tenderly done and evenly browned. Garnish with coarsely ground black pepper and tomato wedges.
