1poundbackfin crabmeat
1teaspoonworcestershire sauce
2teaspoonmayonnaise
1eachegg, beaten
1/4cupcracker meal
1garlic, to taste
1cayenne pepper, pinch

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and form into small cakes. Sautee in butter. Serve
hot with tarragon sauce (see separate recipe).
