Ingredients And Procedures

Ingredients
1 1/2	pound	beef, stew meat
5	each	potatoes, chopped into bite sized pieces
9	each	carrots, sliced
2	each	onions, chopped
6	each	celery, stalks, cut into 1 inch pieces
1	each	onion soup mix, dry package
6	oz	tomato paste
2	cup	water
1/2	cup	wine, red, cooking, optional

Directions:
Place all ingredients into the crockpot. Set on Medium heat. Let the mixture cook no less than 6 hours.
