2 c Flour

4 ts Baking powder

1/4 ts Salt

2 tb Sugar

2 ea Eggs

1 1/4 c Milk

6 tb Butter -- melted

Sift dry ingredients together. Beat egg yolks, add with milk to dry ingredients. Beat until batter is smooth. Add melted butter and folk in stiffly beaten egg whites.
